Historical activities are not showing in Redwood and classic Sales UI

Hi All,

We are facing an issue where a user is unable to view old/historical activities in both redwood and Classic UI. Only a limited number of recent activities are visible.

Date filters and other filters have been cleared and set to show all activities.

Any guidance or best practices to ensure users can see all eligible historical activities would be appreciated.
