Need to payout on termination only for few locations.

Hi Experts,

Need to payout on termination only for few locations. And there should NOT be any payout for rest of the locations.
At Absence plan level, we could see only 'Disburse Positive balance' check box but there is no option of Fast formula to handle this logic.

Please note that Only 1 Absence plan to be created and accommodate

Requesting to provide any alternative to achieve this business requirement.
