Routing Assigns Activities Next Day with Midnight Time to Current Day

Summary:

We have some activities that are being scheduled with future date and defaulted with midnight by C2M. Below are the highlighted samples with 12/16/2025 12:00 AM, 12/17/2025 12:00AM and 12/18/2025 12:00AM. Note that Scheduled Date = SLA Start.

Our routing is setup with the following:

  • Optimization: Reduced Activities Overdue (so that any overdue will be rescheduled today)
  • SLA Policy: Do Not Allow SLA Overstep (so to prevent routing activities out of SLA window)
  • Assign activities even if the assignment causes overtime (so that any activities with today's schedule will be routed to the bucket)
