The development goal approval is locked and there is no transaction in BPM.

in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

Summary:

An employee submitted a development goal, but the process had to be terminated because the system displayed the message ‘Approvals are in progress, info is locked’. Additionally, the goal was stuck in Draft status in the Transaction Console.

There is no approval or transaction history available for review in either the BPM Worklist or the Transaction Console. Is there any other way to view the employee’s submitted development goal details in the system?
