I am not able to see LOV in a Profile Value for Manage Order Profile (DOO_DISPLAY_CURRENCY)

Summary: I am not able to see the LOVs in a Profile Value , for Payment Terms , Currency and Conversion Type also .

I have run Collect Order Reference Data & Collect Planning still not able to see values get collected and addition to that i see all setups are present at Finance Side . Can someone please help what will be the issue , also please confirm if i am missing some acccess i have order manager , order adminstrator roles already assigned
