UOM not defaulting while creating SO line in Redwood

Summary:

Hi,

While creating a Sales Orders in Redwood UI I get an error at line level that UOM does not get defaulted and cannot be selected from LOV.

It does not happen to all items, some items are working fine. However those items that are erroring out in Redwood are working fine in Classic UI so it is not related to item setup? I have run indexes and do all setup related to Redwood so not sure what can be wrong?
