Responsive UI notification fires to Matrix Manager for Participant Feedback

Summary:

We have a custom report notification whicih will be scheduled on demand basis to burst an e-mail notifications to the Matrix managers for the feedback/ratings request similar to the line manager in the performance review and using it for the last 6 years with the Deep Link as below,

As we are in 25D redwood, when the matrix managers receives the e-mail notification, and click on the provide participant link, it takes them to the Responsive UI screen.

In the performance document, we have the following sections, and Line Managers are able to view/evaluate as expected.
