Compensation Plan Eligibility Conflict with Showing Ineligible

Summary:

In Workforce Compensation, when the option “Show Ineligible Employees” is enabled in a Compensation Plan, the system displays employees who are not eligible based on the defined Eligibility Profiles. However, a conflict occurs when the plan is configured for a specific Legal Entity, yet ineligible employees from other Legal Entities still appear in the worksheet.

This behavior creates confusion, as the expectation is to see only eligible and ineligible employees belonging to the same Legal Entity as the Compensation Plan.
