Delegate the Timecard Submission & Absence Submission

Hi Team,

We have a requirement of Delegating the Timecard Submission & entering the Absence for others.
Example:
We have a Director and the Director has an Assistant. Assistant will submit Director's timecard & Absence.

We tried with Role Delegation, but after that we are not seeing any option for Assistant to submit a timecard for Director?
Please check and suggest.
