Is there a standard or delivered alert, notification, or report in Oracle HCM Absence Management?

The client has a requirement to send a monthly alert/notification to employees showing their available leave balance based on accrual plans. We would like to understand if this functionality is available out of the box or if it requires configuration or custom development.
