To have the Non-Competition Covenant Document type to function via Journeys and manual uploads

The Non-Competition Covenant Document type is accessible to the US employees via the Onboarding Journey and for the rest of the country employees via DOR in which the employees can do a manual upload. We had made the below fields mandatory.

Name, Issuing Country, Signed Date, Level(this is a DFF)

We see that when the task is accessed via Journeys, there is an error message(attached screenshot for reference). But when the task is accessed manually, the required fields are provided by the user hence it is working as expected(attached screenshot for reference).
