HDL for loading worker Feedback - Requested and Given

Hey guys - moving from a third party system to Oracle for Feedback and we want to map and load in any existing feedback given or received into Oracle - I see feedback request object but in Oracle the responses are within a questionnaire for both goals and generic and I am not sure if we have a HDL load that works for this as I can't see a field to capture this!
