Redwood Performance Goal: Need to hide or make ready only Measurements section in Redwood UI

Summary:

The client has been using Measurements in responsive UI. Since Measurements are no longer supported in redwood ui, we are transitioning Measurement data to Task data for the Goals in Redwood UI. Post transition, we want to either hide or make the Measurements section read only. However, there is no option to do it in vbcs. Screenshots attached. Please look into it asap
