Not a scheduled workday error on a working day when booking absence

Summary:

We have a 7-day working pattern with 1 hour Shift every day which is attached to the schedule

Calendar Events are not attached to the work schedule.


Work schedules are assigned to the Jobs. Schedule non working day has been enabled on the Absence Type.

When absence is booked for an employee in the job, intermittently a Sunday (26-Oct-2025) shows the message Not a scheduled workday. This message shows for some users and not for other when using the same employee record.
