Unable to change strategy assigned manually when we run collection process

Hi

We have account level strategy, which assigned based on profile and each profile has different score.

Profile A- Score 10-Strategy 1

Profile B- Score 20 -Strategy 2

Profile C- Score 30- strategy 3

However, when we assign strategy manually, e.g Profile A- Strategy 2 and run Collection processes

Collections Delinquency Management

Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment - Strategy change - Yes

Update Collections Summary Data

Even after running program collection strategy did not change. Can anyone confirm, why it is not changing ?
