How can I make the Mark as complete checkbox appear unchecked when starting an operation?

Hello community, how can I make the “Mark as complete” checkbox appear unchecked when starting an operation on a workstation?

The question arises because when the operation is started on the workstation, the Mark as Complete checkbox is checked by default. It is possible that the operator may forget to uncheck it when reporting partially and mistakenly complete the operation with an amount that should not be used. The customer believes it would be better for the user to check the box when they are about to close the operation. Is this possible? I tried with Visual Studio, but the field does not appear. this is en version 25D.
