Change Total Compensation Statement Section to Total Rewards

Summary:

We have My Compensation under Me>Personal Info>My Compensation.

We have a request to change the title on the page from Total Compensation Statement to Total Reward Statement. I went to the sandbox and changed the title to View Total Rewards Statement but it didn't update on the specific page link.

I went to Visual Builder Studio and tried to change the Title but it just allows to be visual, hidden, read only.

Is there anyway to make this change on the page?
