Summary:

Coverage Start Dates are not getting pulled correctly in the Oracle seeded benefit extracts

We have our open enrollment details which are required to be transferred to the Benefit Carriers for processing.

What we are observing is, for many people, the coverage start date in the benefit enrollment summary area is 01 Jan 2026 .

But when we extract the data from Benefits Extracts (Oracle seeded one) , the coverage start date is coming as 01 Jan 2025 instead of 2026.
