Competencies and Overall Rating expanded by default?

In Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management, when employees and manager open their Performance Document, sections like Competencies and Overall Rating are collapsed by default.
This requires additional clicks to expand and view results, which can cause confusion and delays.
We would like these sections to be expanded by default when the document is opened, so employees can immediately see their ratings and feedback.
Is there any configuration option or workaround to achieve this behaviour?
