Need action button and comment section to the performance document page

Summary:

Need to add an action button and comment section to the Performance Document page after the approver selects ‘Go to performance document’ from the notification page.

In Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management, when an approver receives a notification and clicks ‘Go to performance document’, they are redirected to the Performance Document page.
Currently, there is no option for the approver to take an action (such as approve/reject) or add comments directly on this page.
We would like to have:

An Action Button (e.g., Approve/Reject or Complete)
A Comment Section for feedback
