How can I mass update the defaulted in-transit times

Summary:

We currently have defaulted in-transit times loaded into our Oracle Fusion environment, but they are causing excessive lead times. We need to update these in-transit times with new, decreased values and set them as the new default. However, manually updating approximately 5,000 records would be extremely tedious. I reviewed the FBDI template for this update, but it doesn't appear to have a column for updating existing in-transit times. Is there a recommended approach or tool within Oracle Fusion (e.g., FBDI, Web Services, APIs, or other mass-update methods) to efficiently update these values in bulk?
