Capture no of attendees for entertainment expenses along with attendee information

Summary:

We've configured entertainment expenses based on attendee information & mandated to capture both Non employee & Employee. Business wants to capture the total number of attendees as well. In configuration you've option to chose either of one → No of attendees or Attendee information.

I'm looking for suggestion how to configure both for entertainment expenses.
