Who are using 0 sick leaves in entire year we should send appriciations notification for them.

Reqquirement:

We need to send the appriciation or awarded notification who all are falling used under 0 sick leave in entire Jan to Dec.

How can i achieve this task?

I would appriciate your looking into this reqquirement.
