How can we find which relationship types are added to designation requirements for options

Summary: How can we find which relationship types are added to designation requirements for options

We have a requirement to find which different relationship types added to designation requirement.

Example : as per below screen shot, Employee + CHild(ren) option with Allowable Dependents → Children has yellow marked relationship types added.

Can we find quickly find - either through SQL querry or any existing report or diag report these relationship types instead of checking manually?
