Negative Leave Balance displaying

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have checked "Allow negative balance " in absence plan, however the "Insufficient balance enforcement" under absence type is Enabled for employee. Still, an user is able to submit the leaves beyond their absence balance and as a result system displaying negative balance. Replicating in lower instance, its works fine as expected but this happens only in production for a specific user. Please advise.
