Processed Time Cards From Prior Pay Period No Longer Displaying in Oracle Time and Labor

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue in Oracle Time and Labor where employee time cards from a previous pay period that had already been processed are no longer displaying on the time card screen and appear to have been deleted.

During payroll processing, the Payroll team ran Retro and Calculate, at which point multiple errors were generated related to negative earnings. Upon further investigation, we determined that the system was taking back previously paid hours, which aligns with the fact that the original time cards are no longer present in Time and Labor.
