Managers are no longer able to view participant feedback for their employees

in Performance Management

We need managers to be able to view their employee's participant feedback in Performance. As of Friday 12/19/25, managers were able to see this information. But as of yesterday (12/22/25), when they go in to view their employee's participant feedback, they can see who submitted feedback, but they can't actually go in to view the feedback anymore. We're really confused as to what changed. We didn't make any updates on our end. Is anyone else running into the same issue? Any suggestions for us?

Please note that we are in Redwood for Performance.
