Is there a way to restrict delegation/reassignment only to higher-level approvers in the supervisory

We are using supervisory hierarchy–based approvals in Oracle Fusion.
During a SOX audit, auditors raised a concern that approvals can be delegated or reassigned to lower-level (subordinate) users, which is not acceptable.

Is there a way to restrict delegation/reassignment only to higher-level approvers in the supervisory hierarchy and prevent routing to subordinates?
