Is it possible to hide some hierarchy bucket for particular resource type users

We have organization1 resource and resource type is group
We 7 resource ( junk, test, plan, workzone1, workzone2, workzone3, workzone4 ) having resource type - Bucket KPN and org Unit/Bucket is organization1

For e.g. capacity manager we have given the visibility of workzone1, workzone2, workzone3, workzone4
But they want the visibility of organization1 But they do not what to see junk, test, plan

and if we give them the visibility of junk, test, plan then they can see all 7 resource ( junk, test, plan, workzone1, workzone2, workzone3, workzone4
