Absence Requirement - Parental leave

Hi

I have a requirement for a Parental leave

entitlement for an employee =10 working days but

If both parents are employed by the company, each parent is entitled to the full five working days.

I am unsure how to achieve this .

Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated
