Allow initiator to add Approval participants in Job Requisition approval

Hi Team,

We are working in 25D RUI and have a requirement to configure the Requisition approval workflow with the option “Allow initiator to add participants.”

As part of the setup, I have enabled the “Allow initiator to add participants” checkbox in the Configuration tab of the BPM Worklist. However, after enabling this option, I do not see any change in the approval flow. The initiator is still unable to add participants during the approval process.

Could you please guide us with:

  1. The complete steps required to configure this functionality correctly for Requisition approvals.
  2. Any additional setup needed in BPM, approval rules, or AME (if applicable).
