We are using a single questionnaire within a Performance Document that contains both employee and manager questions.From a functional standpoint, the configuration works as expected.
However, from a user experience perspective, manager-specific questions can appear before employee responses. As a result, managers must scroll through the questionnaire to locate the employee’s answers before completing their own evaluation, which is not optimal ergonomically.
We are looking for any standard configuration, best practice, or recommendation to improve the questionnaire flow so that employee responses are more easily visible to managers (for example, displaying employee questions first or better structuring the questionnaire by role), while remaining within standard Oracle HCM capabilities and without custom development.
