Unable to Apply the Leaves all night shift employees

Hi Team,
We are facing an issue where users are unable to apply absence with the correct absence start date and start time.
Example:
Based on the work calendar:

Shift Start: 26th Dec
Shift End: 27th Dec
27th Dec is an off day

When a user applies absence starting on 26th Dec, the system is calculating the absence duration as 1 day on 27th Dec, instead of 1 day on 26th Dec.
Users expect the system to consider 26th Dec as the first day of the absence (Duration = 1), but the system is incorrectly pushing the duration to 27th Dec, which is an off day.
