Last name needs to be non-mandatory for Indian users

Hi Team,

We are implementing onboarding journey and business wants to make the last name of an employee as non-mandatory as handful of cases doesn't have any last name. As per Oracle documentation , last name can't be marked as non-mandatory do we have any approach apart from entering " . " in the last name so that employee name can match with any official document like Aadhar/pan.
