Pending worker should not be able to edit existing phone/mail ID

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are implementing the onboarding journey, and the business wants to restrict pending workers from editing the already added phone number and email ID. Since editing would remove the phone number and email ID provided during the recruitment phase, we tried using a business role based on the worker’s role, but it did not work.

Do we have any other approach to meet this requirement?
