Restrict adding phone number in 'family & emergency contacts' if same present in 'Contact info' page

Hi Team,
We are implementing the onboarding journey, and the business wants to restrict adding a guardian’s phone number in the Family and Emergency Contacts page if it matches the contact number already present in the employee’s Contact Info
Do we have any business rule or any workaround to meet this requirement
