Problems with hiding 'Plan Balances Year End Details' screen in VBS for Absence Balance page

Summary:

We want to hide the year end balances section as find the forfeiture line causes unnecessary employee questions and concerns (employees can sell unused holiday over their statutory minimum). I have configured this section to be hidden as per the second screenshot in VBS, including choosing that all child values should be hidden but you can see the section is still showing on Absence Balance - see test data below:

I did notice there is a subsection that is locked and am wondering if this is causing it to be visible when it shouldn't be. Does anyone have any ideas on what we can do to hide the section?
