How to resolve this issue while creating a custom object "“An object named **** already exists.”?

Summary:

I was working on creating custom objects in a sandbox. However, due to an error, I had to delete the sandbox. After creating a new sandbox to recreate those objects, I noticed that all objects are being created successfully except for one. For this particular object, I receive the following error message:
“An object named **** already exists.”

Please note that the previous sandbox was never published. Could someone guide me on how to resolve this issue?
