Mismatch in Enterprise Hire Date – Work Relationship vs Backend Report

We have observed a discrepancy in the Enterprise Hire Date for a few employees.

In the Work Relationship page, the Enterprise Hire Date is displayed as 2018/05/05, whereas in the backend report it is showing as 1997/04/22 for the same employees.
