In the Talent Review

in Performance Management

Summary:

We have created the Talent Review, and I have attached the Business Leader and the Reviewer (Line Manager) to the meeting. If I give the Conduct Meeting the Line Manager can rate the Employee but the Business Leader cant view the Box Matrix.

In the View Rating Submission page, Business Leader rating is displayed as Not Started.
What will be the reason?
