Import management not showing the count of data loaded and number of records imported

Summary:

We have imported the data using Import Management, and the import was successful. However, the record counts for “Loaded Successfully” and “Read from File” are showing as null.

When we check the action logs, we can see the correct record counts. We would like to understand why these counts are not appearing normally in Import Management.
