Unable to View Plan and Budget Pool When Clicking on Adjust Budget

We are facing an issue in the Compensation module. When attempting to adjust the budget, the system does not display the Plan or Budget Pool details. This prevents us from making any adjustments as required.

Could you please advise on:

• Possible reasons why the Plan and Budget Pool are not visible.
• Any configuration or setup steps we need to verify.
• If this is a known issue, kindly share the workaround or fix.
