Terminated Employee still showing as Active in CC transactions

Summary:

We have a terminated employee who is still showing with an Active Status on the Corporate card transactions. Which is causing the Process Inactive Employee's Corporate Card Transactions job to not pick them up.


I have logged an OS Ticket but interested to know if this has happened to any organizations. I am thinking it is some kind of bug.
