Error while updating the standard maintenance operations in Redwood UI

Summary:

We are trying to update the Maintenance Standard Operations in Redwood UI by changing the Work Center (I believe this is the only UI available now in 25D) but getting the error.

Here are the error details -

Applying List binding LOV___FLEX_Context with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of typ

:StandardOperationVO_StandardOperationDFF_StandardOperationVOToStandardOperationDFFVO_StandardOperationDFFVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[300002099274637 ]

Surprisingly, we are able to delete these standard operations and create a new one with desired work center. This is working fine. The update should work in this case without any error. Please advise if we are missing something here.
