Line Manager cannot access/view specific employee performance document

in Performance Management

Previous Line Manager and Current Manager can't access/see the performance document in the Performance page or Goals and Performance Overview, even after transferring the document to both managers. Other employees’ document transfers work as expected, but not to this specific Employee.

For Context:

Previous Line Manager - Manager A

Current Line Manager - Manager B

Employee C is part of Manager A’s team, but the Evaluation Process (EP) was delegated to Manager B for functional management.

Currently, Employee C is attached to Manager B as the Line manager, and both Manager A and Manager B cannot see/view Employee’s EP documents in the Performance page or Goals and Performance Overview (tried show filters), even after transferring the document to both managers.
