Manager unable to view for Direct Report for Team Journey

Summary:

The schedule process of 'Refresh Manager Hierarchy' is set to every 4 hours. However, even on completion of 4 hours, the journey for the direct report does not appear for a Line Manager. 

 Manager can view the task for themselves for the direct report from My Tasks.
