Notify contact is not sending an email

I have set the email property as ' noreply@mail .otmgtm.us-ashburn-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com' . The Adhoc notify contact is working and sending the emails. But when I use, Notify contact action in agents, it is not triggering an email. Can someone please guide me.

Test email is working and sending an email to my email id.
