Is it possible to use a Dynamic Effective Date for a Benefit's Batch Process?

Summary:

We are wanting to Schedule the Reevaluate Designee Eligibility Process to run on the "last day of every month" using the "last day of the current month" date each time it runs. Is this possible to do with a Benefits Batch Process? I found the following blog explaining how to do this with using Refine HCM Extract, but I am not seeing that the Benefits Batch Processes are available to modify there.
