Summary:

Tried to create and update work orders using Import Management in oracle fusion service 25D but getting errors while validating mapped data

While updating Workorder getting error "The work order can't be updated. You must review the documentation for service work orders to get more details. (SVC-5295349)" (using Postman and Import Management)

While creating Workorder getting below errors (using Import Management)

1."A validation error occured in Crud, ignore and process next set of records"

2. "Cannot invoke ""oracle.apps.crm.service.svcMgmt.model.busUnit.applicationModule.ServiceBusinessUnitAMImpl.getBUProfileValue(java.lang.Long, String)"" because the return value of ""oracle.apps.crm.service.fieldservice.workOrderService.view.WorkOrderVORowImpl.
