Auto deactivate of exited/terminated employee from the approval groups In Oracle Cloud BPM

Summary:

We have the business requirement - it is a global ask. (60+Countries)

When someone's user access is deactivated, it does not remove their name from the approval group - ie GL Journals,AP invoice..etc .This has been flagged as a SOX issue, and controllers have to raise tickets to remove leavers from the group when requested - they often don't know who is in a group, and there is no prompt.

The ask within Oracle is to see if this can be automated and not managed by ticket when the SOX control is requested to be actioned.

Kindly suggest if any automated solution Auto deactivation of exited/terminated from the approval groups if employee oracle user deactivated in Oracle.
